INCOMING MATERIAL INSPECTION
Every incoming steel plate is checked against its mill certificate — steel grade, heat number, chemical composition and surface condition — before entering our warehouse.
VIEW STANDARDSIN-PROCESS DIMENSION CONTROL
Cutting dimensions and tolerances are verified against customer drawings throughout production, so every custom part matches the specification exactly.
VIEW EQUIPMENTFINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATION
Finished goods are inspected and shipped with EN 10204 3.1 material test certificates, and 3.2 certification countersigned by a third party is available on request.

Heat numbers follow each plate through cutting, processing and packaging, so any shipped part can be traced back to its original mill certificate. Third party inspection by SGS, BV or your appointed inspector is welcome at our factory before shipment.
